  VOICE Malaysia project theme is Attitude determines Altitude.   We aspired to empower the youth to overcome their fear of public speaking and grow to become men and women of substance when they learn public speaking and effective communication. The project is in collaboration with Dana Belia 1MDB.

If your answer to that is a solid YES then very likely you will be invited to come on board and ask to deliver the results.

  Much like conquering a mountain and scaling to greater heights, the mountain climbing skills are very applicable to preparing yourself well in career. For instance, one has to prepare well in term of physical, mindset and spiritual to ascend the peak of any mountains. Likewise, in the corporate world one need to have the right balance of knowledge, emotional quotient ( EQ ), the right tools and constant encouragement from family members and fellow colleagues to make it to the top.

  Today the market dynamics in constantly changing and required one to be really good and competent in executing the task efficient, effective and efficacious (producing desired effect).  The employee need to have the character of the mountain climber to have the courage, resilient in facing obstacles, the passion to conquer, responsible and working as a team member to achieve the common goal of reaching the peak.

In conclusion, one has to constantly learn, unlearn and relearn to achieve the desired outcome. Once we reach the peak we have the chance to enjoy the far horizon and gain the satisfaction of being a successful leader and better individual.

This include developing the right mindset, instilling the right character of leadership, equipping ourselves with the right tools ( public speaking and communication skills ) and having an attitude of resiliency ( that never gives up easily )
